Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN. All guests must sign a standard short-term rental agreement. Please note that this property is in the woods. That's part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control, but we do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen! Please note Bears frequent the area so please stay clear and far away from them. Must be 22yrs old to book. $49/night pet fee for a max of 2 dogs.
