Other Details to Note

All guests must sign a standard short term rental agreement. Must be 25 years or older to book. No pets allowed. The road to the cabin has low to mid level steep parts that DO NOT require 4wh drive unless the driver is unfamiliar with driving steeper roads when it rains or snows. The area is heavily populated with bears. Guests must lock their cars at all times and not leave any food outside the home. Owners and managers are not responsible for any damage caused by local wildlife. No children under the age of 18 should be left unsupervised in either the hot tub OR pool.
