Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN. All guests must sign a standard short term rental agreement. Please note - This property is located in the woods. That's part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control but do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen. The majority of the drive to the cabin is not steep, however the last 2-3 miles have slightly steep parts. 4wh drive is recommended during snow and heavy rain.
