Other Details to Note
The cabin is near wildlife - guests must use caution and are asked not to interact with any of them. There are two fireplaces - a gas one on the main level and wood burning one on the basement level. The wood burning one on the basement is off limits. All guests must sign a standard short term rental agreement. You have complimentary access to a large community pool and fishing pond that are about 20-25 minutes away from the property. The fishing pond is open year round and the pool is seasonally open memorial day through labor day. Please note - This property is located in the woods. That's part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control but do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen If you plan to use the fire-pit, please BYOFW :) (bring your own firewood) - Plenty of vendors in the area!
