Other Details to Note

Cabin is overseen by a local company, Southern Sons Vacation Rentals, who are licensed and insured in TN. The cabin is near wildlife - guests must use caution and are asked not to interact with any of them. There are two fireplaces - a gas one on the main level and wood burning one on the basement level. The wood burning one on the basement is off limits. All guests must sign a standard short term rental agreement. You have complimentary access to a large community pool and fishing pond that are about 20-25 minutes away from the property. The fishing pond is open year round and the pool is seasonally open Memorial day through Labor day. Please note - This property is located in the woods. That's part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control but do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen If you plan to use the fire-pit, please BYOFW :) (bring your own firewood) - Plenty of vendors in the area!

Joseph's cabin was the perfect getaway. so clean and wildly responsive. the surroundings were so peaceful and there is something for everyone. The kids played pickleball every morning and my wife and I enjoyed the very comfortable porch drinking coffee and listening to the birds and kids laughter. There was plenty of space, lots of clean towels, and the kitchen was clean and well stocked. We would give it 10 stars if we could. We were not ready to leave! Stay here, you won't regret it!

We wanted a place that was secluded, yet not terribly far from food ect. This place is just that! We stayed for five nights with 2 children(ages 4 & 1) and 2 dogs. They had everything I was looking for and for the littlest one a pack ‘n play, highchair, and baby gate so that helped us a lot in packing less items! The home was just as shown in photos and had all the amenities that are listed. They(hosts and co-hosts)were amazing as far as responding back to any questions we had!(There were near-by fires and we are not from the area otherwise we wouldn’t have reached out) We really enjoyed the hot tub to relax and the fire pit we used one evening was a huge hit for s’mores for our 4 y/o! Can’t forget the arcade game downstairs to! One of his favorite things about our entire trip. We will definitely look into visiting the area/this home in the future!! Highly recommend☺️

We loved our stay! Family of 4 - our kids were obsessed with the large bunk beds! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. We arrived a few hours later than we wanted (well after dark) due to interstate traffic and the house had outdoor lights on a timer that made it so easy to see so we didn't miss it! Joseph communicated proactively and we really didn't need anything for our stay. The cabin was comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing and appreciated TVs in every bedroom for winding down. It was a bit chilly so we didn't use the grill but would have if it were warmer! 10/10 would stay again!

Home look just like the pictures, we was there stuck because of the snow storm they did communicate and checked on us the 3 extra days we had to stay, so they are very appreciated for allowing us to stay

This home was beautiful and so peaceful! You’re in the middle of the woods but if you need something or want to go do something, it’s only 20 minutes away. The age range was from 6-44 and all 7 of us loved it!
